Joel Veikko Soinila the Real Estate Broker and Owner has been a resident of Mendocino County for the past 30 years and is very well plugged into the community. Our Broker/Owner has a degree in Agricultural Business with a concentration in Credit, Finance and Appraisal with many years’ experience as a financial analyst. Veikko Properties Beginnings
Our founder spent the last decade in real estate with virtually every type of real estate available. During this time, he learned the current system being used must change. Forming Veikko Properties LLC was to rebuild from the ground up instead of conforming to the current model. A new system engineered around mobile technology and industry innovation was created. What came from it? Happy clients who find buying and selling to be a little less costly with shared real estate broker commissions.
